the irony is that obama paved the way for extrajudicial killings of american citizens, or basically anyone declared an enemy combatant. so Trump could just put a list together and have most of those people disposed of in his first 100 days and undo those pardons.

No lawyer on earth would ever be able to prove that, and it would only matter if a state in which the offense took place wanted to go after them. A president can only pardon federal crimes.
