Favorite BEER

When someone asks me what beer I drink ,I tell them 1P3. When they say ,What? I say I drink one, pee three.

My tastes kind of migrate with time. But right now, I am liking New Belgium’s Voodoo Ranger series (all higher ABV), the assortment pack is great! I also like Elysian’s Space Dust (so long as I pace myself!), and Natural Ice for a cheap alternative! It’s 5.9% ABV. Last year, I was fond of Zipline’s Lemon Drop, but I’m not sure it’s coming back this year!

Finally got a few Founders some time ago. The CBS was fantastic, one of the best ever. Imperial Stout was awesome too with Blackwood Bastard not far behind. Struise is still the best though, their Dirty Horse the most unique and wellbalanced crafted beer I've ever tasted, Cuvée Delphine the yummiest.

I'm getting thirsty

I do like ipas even though the hops supposedly has estrogenic effects. My favorite is my own home-brewed stout with a pound or so of chocolate malt added to caramel malted barley as the main grain for mashing and lautering and then during the boil add some chinook and cascade hops for a strong citrus tone and something to counter the sweetness.
