The Honeymooners, The Life of Riley w, William Bendix, The People's Choice, The Ann Sothern Show 1960's The Twilight Zone, The Outer Limits, The Beverly Hillbillies, Green Acres, The Prisoner, Danger Man/ Secret Agent Man, The Dean Martin Show, The Addams Family, The Munsters. Run Buddy Run with Jack Sheldon. Bat Man, The Green Hornet, The Wild Wild West, The Avengers, Get Smart, The Man From U.N.C.L.E. Its About Time. 1970's The Carol Burnett Show, The Rockford Files, Kolchak The Night Stalker, M*A*S*H In retrospect, most any of the best and even average TV westerns of the 1950's and 1960s as there was a high standard of writing and actors with skill and distinct personalities involved. Also, The Porter Wagoner Show and The Ernest Tubb Show. The Rifleman was a well written show. I remember about a decade later Little House On The Prairie premiered and thought, this is just like the Rifleman but without the rifles! |

Those days are long gone. Most everything sucks horribly today. I've seen 2 Netflix types of series that were actually good. The new shows are lamer than the old soap operas. |

However, the 80s is the pinnacle of humanity. So all shows, music at that time are better than everything before and after. Disagree? Disappear into you own ass. And fuck off to boot. |

We lived out in the country, with all movie channels available... In 83 i was 7..from that time on we watched allot of stuff.. On 1 of the satilite channels i remember a porn channel that played, like the...Harlem Globetrotters music.. Lol.. I think on the same satilite as Dr gene Scott... Wild times... The late 80s n early 90s was an amazing time. THESE RULES ARE STARTING TO ANNOY ME! Acts 24:15 15 And have hope toward God, which they themselves also allow, that there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust. 1 John 2:22 Who is the liar? It is whoever denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a person is the antichrist |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 76030728 United States 07/05/2020 03:42 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | My 70s and 80s were overseas as an Army brat. We had one channel (if you could get it) AFN. We got movies a year or 2 after release at the base theater. Once I remember I watched a VHS cam recording of Return of The Jedi before we got it on base in the theater, was like a major bank heist or something... Other than that we had Sesame Street, Come Back Carter, Sat Night Live, A-Team, and really shitty military weather forecasts...oh and on the morning before school Little Rascals and "real deal" Looney Tunes to get amped up. |
