They don't. They don't actually have a body. Its a construct, dynamically built. The fluids necessary to impregnate a woman are a much harder to "build". This is why the offspring can become "different".

The Nephilim are the offspring of the fallen, not the fallen themselves. The hideous offspring of angel and mortal woman became demons and evil spirits after the flood, the fallen hosts of Shemhazai are in dimensional prisons.
