You were and will continue to be a good son, and you're children WILL know him....you'll be there to tell them all about him. My healing heart, many GLPers hearts, to yours, Dace.... I had my grandfather until i was around 30. I never met my dad's father. He died when my dad was 9 years old from that flu that killed so many people in 1917. I never even saw a photo of him, but my cousin, who is into genealogy, said that several people told him that my grandfather looked exactly like a certain Russian leader who was alive during those years. I also never met my maternal grandmother. She died when my mom was 18 years old. She probably would have lived if penicillin was available in those days. Quoting: Dace I found him in his bathroom, a tiny half-bath barely as big as a closet. Completely naked, heart attack on the toilet and he fell forward into a shelf 2 feet in front.....ending up with a twisted neck and a shitty ass sticking up in the air. 911 wanted me to get him flat on his back but i couldnt budge him he was so wedged between the toilet and a vanity. Apparently the toilet part is quite common. My uncle as well, he was just starting to get heart problems and my aunt was getting ready, they were on their way to the hospital and he had to go to the washroom first. I'm going to share something though, with a friend of the families who died some time ago of ALS. He had a wonderful kind mother who was friend's of my grandmother, so years later he was the one who helped out my friend out alot, when she was homeless. He had a really big heart. He drank too much but was a really happy drunk, and hung out with her long term room mate. He worked hard and drank too much and helped everyone around him all the time. While she was homeless and had just become a senior citizen, because the house she rented and kept immaculate for 20 years was sold under her feet at Christmas and there are very few rentals and none affordable now, he developed ALS and he died swiftly, in less than a year. He's our brother, just our soul family. I never felt his spirit until just recently, last week. I have felt loved ones, my grandparents, and my uncle from time to time. He made it, he was home. He was not in the reincarnation cycle or any soul trap. He was larger more expansive as if bigger than the universe compared to us, and just pure Love, he loved us so much, he wanted me to share with my friend and to let her know he made and was home, and filled with unbelievable love. The kind of the love that was beyond our understanding, intimate like direct family: husband, brother, best friend, mother, everything love. He was beaming it and for over an hour. No one dies. My friends father died the same way. Apparently its common to feel the need to go to the toilet pre heart attack. Over the years I have arrived and treated approximately 125 CA patients. Though I no longer serve in that capacity, I have seen many locations within the home. As for the toilet/bathroom, between 10-15 percent of individuals perish in or at that location. Now in your mind picture this, a half bathroom is fairly tight side to side, thus supporting an individual. Upon death an individual muscles relaxes, thus excrement occurs, sitting on a toilet might help an individual frame of mind before one passes? As for an odd position, could it be due to him falling off a toilet. I can only use what I have seen over the years. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 77674510 Canada 05/26/2019 09:57 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Sorry Dace Quoting: Theobromine The Deplorable It's never easy to lose a parent - too bad your daughter lost a Granfather ... To GLP'ers - I have had a theory for awhile about Elvis ... And John Wayne and other high profile deaths that we get info on ... (Not Dace's father) Autopsies in general on heart attack fatalities find low magnesium ... No telling if the low magnesium cause the heart attack or the other way around But Magnesium is also known to "loosen" the vowels - prevent or treat constipation (milk of magnesia goes back 100 years I believe) Elvis took PIlLLs - and when I broke my leg I got a RX for Oxycodone - and it stopped me up so bad I thought I'd never go again - doc said to take them as long as I could stand the constipation - so they know about that. So if OPIODS and other drugs cause constipation - and maybe heart problem people have low magnesium anyway - Maybe they are found on the toilet from constipation And maybe they ha the eart attack from STRAINING every time And maybe taking magnesium could prevent such And maybe people in OPIODS die of heart attack because of Constipation straining to go every day .. John Wayne's intestines weighed about 27-28 pounds the autopsy reported - sounds like he wa full of shit - and went out the same way ... How many others ? Yes I have an enruptured brain aneurysm and dr the told me no straining. Including toilet , having sex, watching scary movies etc |

Shock pads, medical panic button and a pillow across the way. Hoping humor helps. Death is a mystery we all figure out one day. I had a coworker stroke out in front of me. Take comfort in the fact that he was in your life for the time that he was. I lost mine last year, we hadn't really talked in a few years. I found out 3 months after the fact from my brother who found out on Facebook. The fucker told everyone he knew not to tell any family members. I'm sorry for your loss, it sucks. Come on and take a free ride. |
