I found this regarding ESRD Medicare eligibility. It looks like they probably turned your son down due to not having a 10 year work history, but he can qualify under you or your wife's work history (hopefully). Here is what is says and the link follows: In the case of children (persons under 21
and certain persons aged 22-25), a parent’s work history will qualify them for ESRD Medicare
coverage.
Note that 10 years of work history is not the only way to qualify. If the beneficiary does not have 10

you F off, not in the mood for your drama. I just drove through a blizzard two hours early to get to court on time, just to sit for many more hours for my turn only to tell me to come back in two weeks again for something I did not do. I am a bit tipsy and in no mood for more asses.

That's nuts that they'd make him get a flu shot. His body is in the process of rejecting just about everything he eats, for crying out loud! Sometimes I really hate the medical system!

2700 for a vitamin shot??? Good Lord! Those better be some serious vitamins for that price! Makes me wonder if what I buy at the store is watered down or not worth it. I don't know why they charge so much for simple things. Three dollars for a Tylenol. Ten dollars for a bandaid. Ridiculous!

I'd be furious too! Praying for Dakota and you and your family. These are truly trying times and having support and outreach during times like this is so important.

And future reference.... check with the local health department... they do them for free.... in most situations like these.

I hate that he had to have a flu shot, however, I am not at all surprised. They will also mandate dental care if needed or disqualify for transplant. I know someone on the liver transplant list and they made her get a few teeth pulled.

Hang in there, hopefully all will be well. We can't even give recommendations on how to clear the vaccine or bump up things for his immunity because of all of the restrictions he has being on dialysis. Praying for a nice weekend for you all. I hope it went well with the lawyer. Please ignore the horrible Trolls. Not even a life threatening illness is reason enough to stand down. Disgusting.

I pray you get your child the help he deserves. These companies are disgusting vampires trying to make you take their poison in order to get what you need. No way to win with games like that. Never take their "vaccines" Continued prayers!

A flu shot in 2000 set me down and finished me off after a myriad of other ailments. Six weeks after I hung up my work.

Sorry! And I feel ya. Mine was a mild reaction but I was sick for five days. That’s not worth it.

Listen, please. You need to get the batch, the manufacturer, and the actual INSERT on this shot they gave Dakota.

You have to be his advocate. He may be an adult, but he is both inexperienced and ill, so you must take a controlling stance.

The Lawyer was shocked to learn that Dakota was declined. Said he never heard a ESRD claim being denied.

So Monday he has Dakota going to SS and reapplying, then getting the Medicare form from the Health Dept, then getting his Medical records from MCG. On Wednesday we have another appoint with him at 1:00 pm. So starting today with dialysis it's going to be a very busy week.
