We don't have that law here, but WOW! If we did, I'd be pissed. I don't care how old you are - if you come to my door in a costume, I'm giving you candy. I've never had anyone older than maybe 17, and even then, the older kids are really just there to tote around their younger siblings, so they deserve the candy too, in my opinion (but only if they put on a costume and actively participate).

My boyfriend thinks that we will see the whole holiday die in our lifetime. That's sad :(
