QUESTION OF THE DAY: SELF-REFLECTION IS ESSENTIAL FOR SURVIVAL

In what way are you about to stumble?
What if ‘stumbling’ is not a sign of weakness but an opportunity to assess why you have chosen this difficult path and whether it is appropriate for you to continue?

It sounds like you have recognized a problem, QUCB. But the question is whether discontinuing interaction will actually solve the problem. I don't know your situation, but avoiding is not always actually the solution.

Families are systems, with each member contributing in equal parts to the system, whether the system is running smoothly or not. The moment that one member in the system changes his or her behavior, the others are forced to "regroup" and adjust to the new situation.

This is what happens during family constellation sessions: the members of the family are set up (through representatives) by one family member in the way this family member sees the group. Then each member/representative is invited to say how they feel about their position, and where they would rather stand.

At the end of such a session, people are standing in a different position, compared with the beginning (and thus relating to each other) in a more healthy way.

This is all done by proxy, yet in real life, changes takes place parallelly because one person (the instigator of the family constellation session) has changed their behaviour, and the others have changed their positions.

This is all possible because of the morphogenetic field, in which we all move, and through which information is transferred. Suffice to say, I have seen some astonishing results from family constellation sessions, and considerable problems have been solved.

One can also do this by oneself: choose objects to represent family members and place them in a space. Then stand next to each object and try and see how this person feels. Change the position of the objects so that they all feel happier. Maybe this is an option for you, QUCB.

This is a very important one. The laser experiment referred to showed that lasers travelled faster IF THERE WERE OBSTACLES IN THE WAY.

Supposing that obstacles are simply there (as proven in experiments involving obstacles and lasers) to help us to travel faster towards our goal? Can you see problems in the same light?

Another extremely important question: losing face syndromes are often associated with the Chinese - and indeed I have encountered that too - but is actually rampant everywhere .... Can we admit that we were wrong?

What if everyone worldwide discarded their fear of ‘losing face’ and welcomed ‘failure’ as an opportunity to learn, instead of developing strategies of self-protection and defence?

This is another important question. If we cannot find closure, we cannot move on to something new. And this is what we are looking at worldwide - GLOBAL CLOSURE of many different stories - including stories of violence and corruption - which are playing out, and becoming exposed. And when it is truly seen that we have collectively created an intolerable, depraved and unrepairable situation, then the planet will be "shut down" for a while, for major repairs. On a smaller scale, this is happening to every person individually also. Things from the past, or which have been suppressed or undercover for a long time, may now come to the surface so that we take a last, long, hard look at them. Then we can release them and move on. So here is the question:

Which issues in your life still need ‘closure’ so that they no longer block your vision for the future?
