cold pork n beans straight out of the can...

Penne pasta,sausage fried & cut into 1/2" pieces, cooked shrimp, homemade spicy cajun sauce, combine all ingredients, top with parmesan cheese, yummy...

Tomorrow I'll make chicken and biscuits. I boiled the chicken and made my stock today. That will feed us for a few nights. Cheap cheap

Beef stew with creamy mashed potatoes and sauteed mushrooms with fresh thyme.

Cast iron pan fried seasoned scallops with garlic and lime butter sauce on the side....accompanied by angel hair pasta with veggies. While I was finishing eating, the kids put on a show:

I think we will be having some sort of salmon for dinner tomorrow. I’m not sure what they will play tomorrow during/after dinner.

After looking at this thread while the potatoes are cooking, I think I need to up my quarantine dinner game! You people are serving up some delish food.

A toasted ham and cheese sandwich. It was delightful.

We had my homemade spaghetti and meatballs tonight with green beans.

This morning I made healthy banana and squash breads.

Let's see.. fried up and sliced down into bits some flat breakfast sausage, added julienned garden carrots and broccoli, with garlic, tossed in some cauliflower, red bell pepper, cabbage, with soya sauce and hot chili sauce, then added in a cooked up package of doomsday survival ramen noodles.

Daughter came down to toast me an english muffin. She said she would make deviled eggs to snack on tomorrow. Tomorrow’s dinner will be cast iron pan fried salmon topped with some spicy Asian style sauce accompanied by rice and veggies.

She also said she is upstairs pulling together tomorrow’s dinner performance. She will probably play something military style like Rachmaninoff’s Op. 23 No. 5, more Danse Macabre, Stairway to Heaven piano transcription, and continue polishing up The Final Countdown piano/violin duet.

Breakfast I had cauliflower and goat cheese egg white omelette and dinner I had chicken leg with rice, spinach, and carrots flavoured with onion and dill. For lunch I had dried mulberries and sunflower seeds. I might break into the dry goods for some GF Chex tomorrow. I'm so sick of eggs. I'm trying to fatten up though incase I need it for a hospital stay. Although I seriously think I already had this virus.

Damn! I didnt check to see if i have SPAM. I cannot go through the apocalypse without the ultimate survival food. Fried SPAM sandwich with mustard.

I made my famous beyond mu ss ie pizza lottsa bacon and black forest ham, grn red peppers, mushrooms, banana peppers , grn chives

Tacos with refried beans and am now farting about the house while the family screams in horror. Who say's this can't be fun...
