There may be a moratorium on evictions but when these restrictions are lifted people don't seem to understand that they will OWE for ALL of the unpaid months, and if they don't then they will be out on their ass.

I unfortunately know people that are using this crisis as a platform to push their any capitalist agenda, referring to landlords as scumlords etc etc.
