How many globalists, elitists, pro-NWO types are strong sociopolitical conservatives? 20%? 40%? 80%? How many in that bunch are instead rock-solid or soft liberals? How many are, at best, McCain-Romney-admiring non-liberals? |

...in awe of many things User ID: 78384483 United States 04/11/2020 05:50 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | As someone who lives in Florida, I agree and disagree. Let me tell you why. In general, New Yorker's and those from the East Coast can seem like assholes sometimes. But, once you get to know them, they are really nice people. That is except for a certain tribe from that area who just are assholes! That said, New Yorker's tend to drive like assholes, and when they get to Florida, it takes them time to slow the fuck down and start to relax. But with time, they do slow down. Many of the New Yorker's I know don't like New York, but their family is there, and it is there home, but they know and admit New York is a shitty place. Fortunately, I live on the Gulf Coast, which is much different than the East Coast of Florida. The East Coast is full of wealthy New Yorker's (many from the tribe) who just flaunt their wealth and think their shit does not stink. They own "winter" homes in Florida, and they have been a part of Florida's economy since World War II. Take Trump for example, he is a New Yorker, but his favorite home is in West Palm Beach. On the Gulf side, the tribe has always been centered around Sarasota, and that is their turf. But that is the tribe, and I prefer to avoid them whenever possible, because they tend to be pricks. Not all of them, but in general. Around Tampa, which is much more of a Mid-West city, with many from Ohio (Buckeye shit everywhere) the New Yorker's who come here are the hard working, blue collar type. Lot's of retired cops and firefighters, mostly Catholic, and just down to earth type people...but they still have that New York attitude that is coarse, in your face, and very direct without remorse. But that is New York. Florida before World War II was a different place. What made Florida livable was two things. Air Conditioning and DDT. The DDT killed the mosquitos, the AC made life bearable in the summer. And who really built up Florida following the war? New Yorker's built Miami (the tribe mafia) and Tampa was settled mostly by Ohio and other Mid-West states. And let's not forget Orlando. Orlando was a swamp, and then Walt Disney bought 50 square miles of swamp land, and in 1970 Disney World opened for business. Today, Orlando is just nuts. It is a huge tangled web of people and traffic. It should be considered an international city with all the tourist traffic. But now, Orlando is basically shut down, and the hit on the economy will be devastating! As for New York...They are Americans too. I just hope thae Californian's don't invade. That would be unbearable. The Californian's have invaded Colorado and Texas. I'll take a New Yorker over a Californian any day! I couldn't green you for this (twice in one week). Your comment is very interesting, in fact, almost antropological in essence. Kudos! -- TRUST THE PLAN -- .......WWG1WGA...... ____________________________ still in awe of many things |

Bet Hawaiians will wish they had the same laws. Don't know if it's still true, but it used to be that way in Mexico too.
