so here’s is story time

my mom is about 91 years old she has dementia so talking to her is like repeating yourself over and over sometimes you don’t know if she’s there

Today was different today she was definitely there

i’ve been having some problems with my sister and she has been saying some bad things about my brother who has been taking care of her and his fiancé and she’s taking all the credit and making them look like schmucks I wanted to go there and fix everything and make everything right and stop the bickering and fighting instead it got worse and she threaten to call the cops on me

so I canceled and I had to call my mom and tell her why
pretty much broke down and cried
Because I’ve been hearing this voice in my head that’s been saying she still there just talk to her she still there meaning my mom

so today I did and I told her how my sister has been miss treating me and miss treating my brother and I could hear her and she stood up and said if she ever treats you like that again she’s not allowed in this house again!

and she meant it! j

ust so you know my mom doesn’t get angry she doesn’t yell

when my sister showed up she yelled at her and said I had a huge family for a reason why are you all fighting and confronted her! of course my sister was speechless and didn’t stay long

I know it doesn’t sound like much but it was a lot!!
my mom is still there and she still kicking ass!


it was good to hear my mom there and she put my sister in her place it’s so so good finally someone stepped up to the monster!

my sons friend in the 82nd airborne just got a call for an emergency deployment to Ukraine
