backwards therapy seems a preferred method of concentration for you. does mentally reversing things offer any comforts? lol

whats an example of mentally reversing a thing?

im pretty sure thats what i do all day every day when i have to be around other humans.

the only time i am a peace is when i am swimming and i haven't been able to do that since the pools closed in march, even though i wasn't swimming well at least i could get to the pool

unfortunately the ocean water, i tried to swim, i get severe brain freeze

i am literally only at peace/happy when i swim

i have anorexia i don't eat cookies

might be a reslt of the torque on the enforced braiding of conflicting family energies?

dreams are the worst when the mind is un able to make sense of things. it causes electrical misfirings.

the conscious mind can override a misfiring by reversing the process of an idea in order to break it down analytically. the sleep rem process doesn't have such safeguards, hence when an electrical avalanche occurs in the brain during sleep it thunder rolls you! makes sense? lol

yes that makes sense. i hold my breath a lot, i wake up gasping for air. sometimes i wake up with my hands around my neck bc i try to choke myself in my sleep.

i know this sounds totally unbelievable, but i have gone 16 hours without taking a single breath.

im only taking a breath every 10-20 minutes right now, it doesn't help.

reversing is the process of taking an obstacle and mentally reversing it's ability to product a catatonic deer in the headlight effect that leaves you with no fight or flight survival response! lol

there is such an easier way to resolve

that's what i love about the water, the sensory deprivation. it is the only time that i am me. i swim 3 miles, and to me it feels like no time has passed when im done, because im somewhere else the whole time.

looks like the pools won't open here until june, and that's a maybe.

even with my 5mm wetsuit the ocean is too cold, i have a cold diease, made my livedo reticularis appear all over me when i go in the cold water. swimming is also awesome bc it makes me breathe so nicely.

im working on 0 energy right now, even my eyeballs can't process the colors i see right, things are all grey scale and grainy

ive healed myself so many times, and you know the most powerful lesson i have learned?

the healing always leaves me bc i can't hold onto the healing vibration bc i did not actually believe i was healed.
