Clinton allowed China into US infrastructure and Obama was cooking up plots to set up huge wind and solar and coal gasification systems in cahoots with the Chinese who would do the hardware while the US provided the raw energy resources. Fortunately the huge EPA regulatory structure that Clinton set in place to stymie US development also stymied the Obama/China energy empire, shutting it down before it got off the ground, and saving the sage grouse or some other innocent bird bystander in the process.
