OP..you've taken a rift of shit on here, so kudos for sticking to your story.

Personally, I had never read your threads thinking you were just another run of the mill glp asshole trying to make your 3.50...but there are two facts which support your contention:

1) The shit I smoked in college back in the 70s was nothing like what is circulating today. It's not "stronger" per se...but it is certainly DIFFERENT.

2) Increasing THC decreases CBD. I do not think that is a good idea at all. A lot of people don't smoke because it does induce paranoia. Israel is heavily involved in cannabis research as are other entities.

The cover story is that bankrupt states are legalizing for the tax income, but it could also be part of a larger agenda of behavior modification/docile population.

Cannabis is no doubt involved in genetic modification, an area of concern.

Bottom line, I don't think you are just blowing smoke.

This!

Plus something happens that changes a user’s personality, they become confrontational in their whole perspective of life. They could maybe study the driving, for instance while not under the influence they are prone to road rage. The blame everyone else disposition even in a car.

Are you sure the person was predisposed and found weed to cure his deposition at least for awhile?

It's getting better, not worse, as more money is involved.
Getting higher CBD and THC. The higher CBD decreases the negative side effects of the higher THC. Lots of other cannabinoids getting higher percentages as well.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 66900864

This. Turns out the “high” is even better when using all together.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76944367

Indeed

Earlier this week I was in terrible pain. Wouldn't have made it if it wasn't for medical marijuana. Nothing works better for my pain.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 66900864

And This!
Turns out Americans want pain relief just like the rest of the world. Only 1st world nations pass laws against the use of the nature around them. Pressuring 2nd and 3rd world countries to do the same.
Up until recently, we allowed everyone to have access to pain pills. Kids took hydrocodone all the time with just under 5% having addiction problems. Everywhere else there are pain remedies that no one cares about. Even the U.K. has codeine over the counter until recently.

im in no way endorsing this guys posts!

but

ive been smoking 30+ years, and recently gave up (it wasnt easy!), because it was making me so anxious..

i smoked rollups also and have also given it up, on the vape now, although its not great,

i started at 15,smoked it when i could, but for the last 20 years + ive smoked it as often as i could, every day!, for the last few years its got stronger and stronger...i cannot choose which strain i consume, and had to give it up because it was doing my head in!

I think weed is habit forming but never smoked it long enough to find out otherwise and it was easy to stop at anytime.

but my fears always revolved around what they dust it with.

It is. Mentally addictive. Not physically. You will not sweat, vomit, shake, feel bone crushing pain, or wish to use more just to avoid withdraw. The dreams however for the next 48 hours are out of this world but hey, at least you can sleep and not toss and turn as with opiates.

Today’s high potency weed raises risk of anxiety and addiction, study says

If you’re thinking of returning to the weed of your youth to ease the strain of the pandemic, you will soon discover a potent truth — today’s weed is nothing like yesterday’s.

Use of weed of any strength has been linked to mental health disorders, and lab experiments have shown that higher does of THC can cause greater memory impairment and temporary psychotic-like symptoms. But few studies have examined how potency levels may affect behavior in real-world populations.

A new study, published Wednesday in the journal JAMA Psychiatry, surveyed more than 1,000 UK residents who reported marijuana use in the past year. The study found high-potency weed users appear to have a significant increase in the likelihood of developing generalized anxiety disorder than those who smoke less robust strains of marijuana.

In addition, high-potency weed users are more likely to use weed at least once a week, twice as likely to have used illicit drugs within the past 12 months, and more than three times as likely to be tobacco smokers, according to the study which was published Wednesday in the journal JAMA Psychiatry.

The study:

Users of high-potency cannabis four times more likely to report associated problems

Users of high-potency cannabis are four times more likely to report associated problems, and twice as likely to report anxiety disorder, than users of lower-potency strains, according to new research from the University of Bristol.

Once a week? Lmfao...those are rookie numbers. That's like a rich white guy sneaking a joint in his attic so his wife and kids don't find out and being paranoid after. Fuck off OP.

I learned alotta things when I used to Listen to Rush Limbaugh.

One of the most important things was that if you argue with an idiot, then it becomes hard to distinguish who really is the idiot.

We all know who the real idiot is.

He pays $10/month to get you peeps riled up,and it's working for him.

He gets all the attention you idiots are willing to give to him.

There's a saying - "Don't feed the troll".

Adhere to it.

In the late 80s we were smoking mostly Sativa mexican/colombian strains and the more uplifting skunks.

Northern Lights (indica) started to come out in the 90s and a lot of people started to get extreme panic attacks and gave up on marijuana.

There I believe is BIG misconception that Sativa gives anxiety so stick with high thc Indica strains.

To the OP
What you your thoughts on super low THC cannabis, like Hemp, and consuming extracts where the THC is well below .05%, where normal street weed could be as high as 30-40% THC.

Thanks

Cannabinoid receptors are concentrated in certain areas of the brain associated with thinking, memory, pleasure, coordination and time perception. THC attaches to these receptors and activates them and affects a person's memory, pleasure, movements, thinking, concentration, coordination, and sensory and time perception, according to NIDA.

Receptors? To poison? You’ve made a billion dollar discovery or you’re wrong.

A potent sativa can definitely get some anxiety going. So can a Red Bull.

Like anything, the quantity consumed matters.

Use it every evening vaping

Helps me a lot. Doc prescribed me Xanax and I use it instead . It’s safer than a benzo

I bet we will laugh about this in future like the prohibition

Plot twist: Accumulation of THC from a potent strain of pot after 10-12 years ends up killing users, including you. You end up at judgement and you find out this is how you died. You ask the lord, "Lord, why wasn't there some kind of warning, or a message that might have saved my life?"

And he says "I sent several obvious warnings throughout your life, but you did nothing. Finally I created a user, Cannabis Kills People! on that goofy misnamed forum you love, , and you only ridiculed him."

And now here you are.

And Down You Go.

Yes and it’s sprayed down with boiled tea leaves to make it brick easier, the high is much more mellow and I’d prefer it over potent hydroponics any day.

The sad thing is I can only find Mexibrick swag in ghettos and F that!
