Judge Sullivan Appeals Order to Dismiss Flynn Case

Here is what Flynn’s lawyer said days ago, and now Trump’s lawyers says it: Trump attorney and campaign legal advisor Jenna Ellis says Sullivan has no standing to appeal, “Not surprising but totally ridiculous. Sullivan is NOT a party. He actually has no standing to petition for en banc. He should be removed from the bench entirely after his egregious conduct.”

Judge Sullivan is in "damage control mode" for Obama and his job is to keep Flynn quiet at least until 4 NOV 20.

I believe he's just met the stated threshold for the appeals court to transfer the case to another judge.

Is Flynn under some kind of gag order? Why doesn't he just start speaking out. What is it the Judge is so afraid of? Is the Judge keeping Flynn from doing something from dragging this out? I don't get it.
