How many of you drink alcohol every day?

I haven't had a drink in 6 months since the last time I want to a sit down restaurant.

Other than the Everclear that is in my liposomal c.

Usually only 4 good ipa's on a Friday / sat night. Or some quality bourbon. Used to drink alot more. Slowed down alot.

Of course there is always some other stresses in life, not a horseman myself but i can not wait for the domestic cricket season to start again. Yes it is slow, lasts 3 days but it is zen, tacticle, like 5d chess in slow motion, plus they sell real ale. The peeps who run this site know why I am streesed and drinking, right? I encourage you to go to church on Wednesdays and Sundays, volunteer to help the suffering and pray every day without fail. You need to get back on track. You need some joy in your life and might meet a beauty. She'll get you on the straight and narrow.

Used to drink everyday between 2010 and 2019. But I think I've kicked the habit.

So did you ever figure out the total amount of alcohol you drink over what time period and factored in your size and weight to see if you have actually spaced out your alcohol intake so your body could metabolize it properly?
