So the only reason they have the authority is because the White House is allowing them too do this.

I signed a year lease March 1, a few weeks before this all happened....

Democrats will not like it, but they have to reveal themselves yet more to oppose relief going to the American people, who they do not want to help, because they still think the American people are blaming Trump for it.

The American people started seeing thru the evil party of raw hate (The Democratic Party) long before the evil party of raw hate thought they would.

The Democrat Party is heading for a richly deserved election disaster in November, and they keep finding ways to make it even worse for themselves.

Would seem that in order for them not to evict and keep them in quarantine a person of that particular household would have to test positive, otherwise there is no need to quarantine.

Edit to add: they also shouldn't be allowed to leave the house period if quarantined.

All the people complaining against this even though Trump supports it in order to avoid worsening the economy , probably never actually paid rent to know the lasting credit damage that occurs when being evicted from unable to pay rent.

It's breaking a contract so even though the renter evicts, people still take a lasting hit to their credit for breaching that contract.
