Yuma Sector Border Patrol agents arrested a group of Iranian migrants who illegally crossed the border from Mexico into Arizona on Monday. Agents identified the group of Special Interest Aliens as six males and five females.

Yuma Station agents patrolling the border near San Luis, Arizona on Monday evening encountered a group of migrants who illegally entered the U.S. from Mexico near the Salinity Canal. The agents identified the group of 11 migrants as Iranian citizens, according to information obtained from Yuma Sector Border Patrol officials.

Cornell law professor creates online database of 220 universities teaching critical race theory to help parents choose colleges that don't make the 'racist ideology' mandatory

Cornell Law School professor William Jacobson told Fox News' Tucker Carlson on Thursday night that critical race theory is 'very racist' and leads to students being 'indoctrinated' with the idea that the 'most important thing in society is the color of your skin'. Jacobson has created a database that so far lists 220 universities and their approach to critical race theory which he says will help parents to avoid these schools if they want to. 'Anti-racism does not actually mean what people think it means. It actually is very racist,' Jacobson claimed during his interview with Carlson. Critical race theory says that white supremacy is an ideology that is baked into the structures of society and particularly the law. Critics say that it leaves people exposed to the training feeling that they are being blamed for problems that they did not cause.

New Mexico Bill Could Criminalize Parents for Teaching Their Kids to Shoot

A new piece of legislation in New Mexico could criminalize parents and other adults for allowing children under the age of 12 to use their firearms at a gun range.

Billed as a “safe storage” policy, the legislation (SB 224) creates an “authorized user” category, which it defines as “an individual who has been specifically granted permission to have access to the firearm.” Minors may only be authorized users if they are at least 12 years old and have successfully passed a “firearm safety training course.”

The New Mexico Shooting Sports Association blasted the legislation in an article in the Pinon Post.

The “storage mandate” in the bill “would make it a crime for a child to handle your firearm unless the child was 12 or older and had previously completed a firearms safety class. You would become a criminal for taking your child to go shooting if they had not previously taken some kind of formal class,” the group said.

Big Tech Moves to De-Platform 3D Printer Gun Groups… Again

Online forums that share 3D printed gun files haven’t been exempt from the crackdown by Big Tech on gun-related groups, websites, and organizations.

Keybase, which is owned by video conferencing company Zoom, recently vowed to the anti-gun outlet The Trace that it will begin enforcing its policy against content that empowers users to print gun parts on 3D printers.

“We have informed [3D-printed gun groups] that we will discontinue hosting them in the coming days,” a spokesperson for Keybase told The Trace.

Connecticut’s congressional delegation, including anti-gun senators Chris Murphy and Richard Blumenthal, have re-introduced a bill that mandates gun owners keep their firearms under lock and key when they’re not in use. This isn’t the first time that the legislation has been filed in Congress, but with Democrats now in control of both chambers as well as the White House, Blumenthal says he’s confident that the measure can pass the House.

In Texas, someone who’s all talk with little to show is said to be “All hat. No cattle.” Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke, with his gun confiscation schemes, wears a hat to block out the sun. That’s not stopping him from eyeing a possible run for Texas governor in 2022.

O’Rourke, a former Democratic Texas U.S. Congressman, aimed for higher office and missed the target. He was soundly defeated by incumbent Republican Texas Sen. Ted Cruz in 2018. He launched a presidential campaign, in 2019, based on strict gun control that crashed and burned after only seven months.

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), notorious for branding mainstream conservative and Christian nonprofits “hate groups” and including them on a list with the Ku Klux Klan while ignoring the destructive and deadly antifa riots, has adopted Marxist critical race theory and has asked the government to push this noxious agenda in public schools. This week, the SPLC urged President Joe Biden to direct taxpayer funds to develop a “curriculum on structural racism” in the Department of Education. The smear group also revamped its Teaching Tolerance program, which pushes its leftist agenda in schools.

In the SPLC’s annual “Year in Hate” report released on Monday, the organization called on the federal government to “address far-right and racist narratives” by providing “funding for the Department of Education to develop a curriculum on structural racism and funding for states to implement their own related initiatives.”

What do you get when you add Marxist critical race theory to exaggerated “hate group” smears after the horrific attack on the U.S. Capitol? The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) has an answer, and it amounts to blacklisting more than half of the Republicans in Congress — if not expelling them altogether. For good measure, the SPLC also calls for the permanent social media “deplatforming” of every “public figure” who questioned the 2020 election results.

The SPLC’s annual “Year in Hate and Extremism” report presented this cancel culture overdrive as the solution to “far-right and racist narratives.” While the SPLC has long branded mainstream conservative and Christian organizations “hate groups,” listing them alongside the Ku Klux Klan, and urging Big Tech to blacklist them, this latest cancel culture demand seems extreme, even for the SPLC.

From the 211 people the bank turned over, one was interviewed by law enforcement and no one was arrested. Human-caused climate change "may have played a key role" in the coronavirus pandemic. That's the conclusion of a new study which examined how changes in climate have transformed the forests of Southeast Asia, resulting in an explosion of bat species in the region.

The researchers found that, due to changes in vegetation over the past 100 years, an additional 40 species of bat have moved into the region, carrying with them 100 more types of bat-borne coronaviruses. Bats are known carriers of coronaviruses, with various species carrying thousands of different types. Many scientists believe the virus that started the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic originated in bats in southern China's Yunnan province or neighboring areas before it crossed paths with humans.

Charlotte, NC — Near the end of the week, Tucker Carlson shared with everyone his exclusive findings of how Bank of America was targeting anyone that could have been in DC for the Capitol riots. In his report, Carlson shared that the banking giant had specifically targeted a profile of individuals without that person’s knowledge and provided that information to federal law enforcement.

Yes, one of the largest financial institutions in the country acted as an intelligence agency, collecting data on Americans without their knowledge and willingly provided it to federal law enforcement. It could be the largest willful invasion of privacy by a corporation in US history.

While Bank of America took silent action and tried to hide it, many others did not. Ahead of the day, many companies decided to refuse to do business with anyone in and around DC because of the planned rally. It was an effort to keep Trump supporters away but also highlights the bigger concern here.

Carlson shared an article from The New York Times that described how encrypted messaging apps were a potential concern for misinformation and should probably be stopped to prevent criminals from using them. In other words, the big advocacy is that no one deserves any privacy anymore.

That is certainly what the Democrats were advocating for after the chaos at the Capitol. They specifically asked hotel and car rental chains to help identify those who may have participated in the riots.

Senator Marco Rubio Introduces Bill to Suspend Gun Rights of Anyone Who Has Ever Been "Investigated" for Domestic Terrorism

Republican lawmaker Marco Rubio has reintroduced legislation that seeks to suspend the Second Amendment rights of any person who has been investigated for “terrorism” related offenses within 10 years of attempting a gun purchase.

The Senate bill, named the Terror Intelligence Improvement Act, was reentered last week in hopes of exploiting the hysteria surrounding the January 6th Capitol protests. The law intends to violate the civil liberties of American citizens who are not charged or convicted of a crime if somebody is deemed politically dangerous.

If passed, the law will grant the FBI and DNI the authority to draw up lists of US citizens arbitrarily labeled “domestic terrorists” and flag them during background checks. Those placed on the new watch list could be registered based solely on suspicion, even if an investigation fails to find evidence of criminal or “terrorist” wrongdoing. Federal courts that have examined the FBI’s various “terrorist watch lists” uncovered that the Bureau regularly places law-abiding citizens on them because they don’t like who they are or their political views.
