I noticed decades ago they were not safe. Never would I ever use one of those damn things on my beloved pets. Too much concentration of deadly chemicals right near their faces...🙁

This has been going on for decades. Also the ‘food’ kills them. It’s why I make my own dog food for the dogs. .

I don't find collars to be effective (fortunately) and usually buy Advantage Multi topical medication at the Pet Meds Online store [link to www.worldpetexpress.net (secure)] I should say, this is the best choice for me. And it has to be noted, it works to rid pets of heartworms, hookworms, and roundworms. Having read your post, I again confirmed that I made the right product.

Its $13+ per case of 12 cans...compared to her el-cheapo brand at $7, which does her just fine. I always give her cooked chicken, salmon, sardines, ground beef, eggs and sweet potatoes to supplement.
