People's ego's are so large they think if you disagree with an idea they have you are attacking them personally.

The trick seems to be to have your ideas a bit outside of yourself to begin with so when they are attacked it's not personal.

After 911, the media started promoting very a**hole attitudes, encouraging that kind of behavior in American people towards each other.

It's also too easy to seduce people with hatred. It worked real well towards the Muslims to enable wars, now it's towards white Americans, the same group targeted the most with the whole Muslim hatred.

People need to get a clue that when the media starts bad-mouthing and demonizing a particular demographic, it's because our neocon leaders intend to go to war against that group.

I don't deny that if any person says "fuck that!" to basic concepts of common sense and integrity, that things won't go downhill. Look at Mitch McConnell and the corrupt way he dealt with January 6th.

I also would change my politics if there as many examples where it can be said, "hey, this wouldn't be so shitty if it were more liberal" as there are, "hey, this wouldn't be so shitty if it were more conservative!"
