I hope her family sues the whole department! It will never bring her back, money is not the point. The point is, she was being controlled and emotionally abused the whole time and when there was a little saving grace with them being pulled over, instead of serving and protecting they treated her like a psycho criminal which I am sure demeaned her even further.

I am not sure who that bearded senior officer was, but I wish he would never had shown up, because the original officer was going to cite her and or arrest her. If he had, this may not have happened.

Hindsight is 20/20, but in cases of domestic violence, I think they need more training. I am not sure how they did not pick up on the cues... how were they so obtuse ? If all the officers cannot do specialized training, then maybe have a few on the force that do it and can come during these situations.

I am not sure how the majority of us, minus a few idiots, can see it, but an officer cannot.

the females murdered had maryjane residue and a scale, so if they were trafficking they maybe had a small nest-egg as no record of money recovered.
i read they were shot in their backs, which is either they were robbed and because they could identify who robbed them they were murdered.
but code of thieves...yeah crazy...would say you 'could' steal from a drug dealer...what are they gonna do call the cops? so if what they were stealing was worth that dealer calling the cops you'd be fucked...so you'd have to kill them and make it look like a robbery. But seemingly there wasn't too many signs of a struggle at their camp would sound like straight out armed robbery and being shot in the back sounds like they weren't interested in identifying a robber they were fleeing for their life...or caught off guard scissoring near the creek.
So brian going from no money to money - money for gabby in a motel for 5 days - say 110 a night...and a round trip flight to florida [not sure how planned that really was] say 400 for that...and then the 200 he offered to the tik tokker and her boyfriend...we're looking at a suddenly reaiized 1000 dollars. thats grand theft.
I'll go further out and say if it was drug money the women wouldve fought over it but I think it was one of their paydays and working in a co-op or wherever i think they got cash.

Now the female couple connection to Brian is what is the big question mark.
I think he may have gotten the inkling they made a call to the authorities and took it out on them....maybe gloated or Gabby found out like blood or gun was exposed or something.

no offense and condolences to family - but she looked scared OF GOING TO JAIL and maybe because there were drugs in the vehicle (possibly BL's) - which if so, may have been used to drug her while she slept. She was also guilty of assault.

Then the cop mentions that he was speeding.. because the cop said that it took him a while to catch up to them. and he said.. oh sorry... I know I was speeding. I am thinking, they were fighting all day as Gabby mentioned, he was speeding and she was probably telling him to slow down. Then the cop pulls his lights to pull them over and she is freaking out even more and he keeps telling her to calm down and she swats at him a few times. The original video of them pulling over, the scratches are not fresh if they were, there would be dried blood.

I have a question to those who have been keeping track of things better than I have.

The van was found on that dirt trail on August 27, right?

Is it also established for certain that Brian had flown back to FL on/around 25/27? When did he fly down there and when did he return?

Gabby was at a hotel in Salt Lake City UT while he was down there, at a hotel, yes?

Was Brian still in FL moving things out of storage on the 27th? Because if he was, the big question would be who would have driven that vehicle to the location where her (purported) body has been found? I am assuming that while Brian was in FL the keys to the van were with Gabby in the hotel.

Is it possible that she may have been tracked (via a tracking device, or stalker) to the hotel in SLC Utah, and targeted/murdered while Brian was out of state? I realize this is just one theory and Brian himself is also a suspect in this but I am trying to consider other possibilities here.

ahhh I can see that if affiliated, then he had to shut Gabby up. Also does that fit nicely in to the timeline of him 'leaving' to go home and leaving Gabby there, and deciding he needed to come back and off her because she knew of his crime? That would give some slight reason as to why he went home to get her stuff out of storage and get things set up at home, ie. attorney, etc. (continuing to show possible premeditation, whichever theory you may use.) IMHO

The cop kept saying over and over that she was only 110 lbs and blond blue eyed and clearly couldn't have intended on hurting anyone. It was very odd how me suddenly made the switch after it was a sure deal she was going to jail. And then they just send a young woman off in a van alone in deep wilderness country not having any idea where she was going or not getting a location on where she would be before she left? That seems odd that they wouldn't want to know that but sure went out of their way to repeatedly tell them to not have any contact.

1.) returning home to FL "to move things" .... could have been for any other various reasons ..... possibly a lover's quarrel and he just left to go home and left her butt there!

2.) BL in swamp - doubt that highly.
