Doesnt justify a death sentence for Aubrey, he was stupid enough to pull the gun towards him. At least point that shit to the side if your going to try to Rambo strong arm a shotgun from someone pointing it at you. NO TRESPASSING OCCURRED. The only way it could have been trespassing is if the OWNER had warned him off previously or there was a crime committed by him while he was there. Just being there IS NOT trespassing, not in ANY STATE, not even Texas   Trespass most definitely occurred:Trespass Trespass is defined by the act of knowingly entering another person’s property without permission.
