He’s been selling doom for years. If you watch him enough, you’ll notice the days when he’s very unhinged and his videos get really repetitive as he spends 28 minutes to say the same thing over and over again when all the information he wanted to convey would take less than 5 minutes. The funny thing is, real estate is only worth what someone else is willing to pay, most of the places he wants to live are depressing and not very nice, so it’s not like he’s getting anything good.

It's amazing how accurate many old sayings are actually true; and one that springs to mind here is "misery loves company."
