If you watch him enough, you’ll notice the days when he’s very unhinged and his videos get really repetitive as he spends 28 minutes to say the same thing over and over again when all the information he wanted to convey would take less than 5 minutes. Two of my friends bought and sold during last five years due to job relocation and made piles of cash selling and getting into better homes in better locations. So he’s wrong about a lot of things….many people buying and selling homes are doing phenomenal. Just not him because he’s convinced the “sales” are coming. But since you brought it up, I happen to also know how to stalk, kill and dress game and then preserve/cook it once I bring it home. And as a teenager nearly 60 years ago I helped my Dad finish building our family home using our own hands. In short, I learned practical skills decades ago you can only dream about. And along the way, learned many more that make me a little more civilized than jerks like you...or the empty-headed asswipes I was addressing above.

All of my real estate holdings and $$$ will go to my children. I’m well aware they mean nothing to me here and now, but my kids will benefit from my wise decisions so I don’t really care what your opinions are. It was important to me to work hard to leave behind something for them to pass on to theirs. BTW, I live like I have no money and I’m happy, so material things are not that important to me, but I want to provide for my kids.
