Rent is $2,500 a month. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 74070692 Utah is California prices now. You missed the opportunity. 8 years ago? You could have bought three homes Yep, it's too late. I hesitated and missed out. Don’t you EVER claim that you fight for God, you dirt bag. The proper thing to say is that the California scum have no business causing inflation in Utah, not “wah, I missed out” You greedy parasite. |

So many amazing things to see in southern Utah. Quoting: PSA Thank you! Just put an offer in on a house. Hoping to hear something tomorrow. Even if we get over bid..I’m sure we will find the right home for us. Definitely feeling a strong pull to relocate to St. George:) lol Come swat skeeters down on the AL Coast line. We have lots of amenities. Fairley decent climate, lots of humidity Damn Lib Yankies are bout to take over though. We need good folks to even the keel. |

Quoting: Aware & Watching The people there..meaning complete strangers at various businesses were ALWAYS genuine and warm toward us. We felt like family no matter where we went. The Walmart there had a sign that said “ mothers room” directing busy and nursing mothers to a room just for them. It did not say “birthing persons” room. We didn’t see even ONE graffiti sign or one single homeless person. The roads were all in great shape and well cared for..as did all the infrastructure. And we were the majority. Not the minority. What California refers to as “minorities?” We saw just a few at most. I had completely forgotten what that felt like. My husband was often referred to as “Sir” and most everyone we saw smiled at us and were polite with good manners. Even the younger adults! It was quite an experience. Oh! And the local news..had “top stories” of storms and noise ordinance Complaints on vehicles with loud exhausts, like motorcycles. No stories of murders, rapes, robberies etc. Gun stores advertising sales on ammo and Walmart had both ammo and shotguns for sale! And when I say ammo..I’m not talking about ammo locked behind a plexiglass cabinet in cases. I’m talking about boxes of open ammo sitting on easily accessible shelves. It was like going back in time about 50 years. Almost surreal. No exaggeration. Where we are in the Colorado mountains has all that minus the crazy Mormons |

Very much looking forward to moving there. Just looking at some houses and trying to tie up loose ends in California:) Don't you get it? Locals HATE people like you! Stay away! Move to Texas or something dammit! St. George is a capital of caliplants. Enjoy having your water shut off moran! Again..why so angry. You don’t even know me. And yet you say “people like you” makes no sense. I treated your state as the visitor I was, with respect. Spent hard earned money at your many businesses and cleaned up after myself. Even tipped housekeeping at our hotel. Tbh…you would be lucky to have me and my husband as a part of your beautiful state. We really are good decent people. Come to Oklahoma. We are a Red State. Housing is still affordable and so are food and gas prices. We would welcome more Conservatives... It’s filthy in OK just like Alabama. Boring, no good quality food unless you grow it yourself. No freedom of medication. And fatties everywhere on mobility scooters who drive challengers . Yeah I’ll pass on a low IQ state like that. |

I just want you to know how much your state impressed me and gave me hope for this country. It felt like a political and social oasis to me compared to the sea of corruption and over regulation that CA has become..from the top down. Quoting: Aware & Watching Sadly our state of Utah is turning liberal and leftist at a rapid rate because of all the libtards moving here from California. Another decade and we will be same like Oregon, Washington & California. Very sad indeed Suteja Komang |

There was beef jerky stands. So much beef jerky, the best in the world. Thats all I remember. I was 16 then Just to be clear..I wasn’t trying to be offensive to you when I described my visit to Utah and what I experienced. It’s just that CA is in a tail spin of reverse racism. I’m being persecuted and targeted for things my ancestors did before I was even born. Things I had nothing to do with and no say about. I don’t have a problem with other nationalities so long as they don’t have a problem with me. I’m a “live and let live” type of person. Just wanted to be clear about that:) I am glad you liked Utah. I was out that way once and it was very nice. I would move there too if I could. I'm stuck in Georgia lol. I know what you mean about the racism towards Whites. Cali still calls non-Whites the minority, but I think Whites may be the minority out there now. Unfortunately, demographics are destiny and it appears Whites will be a minority all over. They don't get it, how it will be when that happens, but you have experienced a small taste, yes? I appreciate your "live and let live" attitude, however that probably won't be the case with the non-Whites when Whites are the minority. I'm sorry to say that Whites having that attitude contributed to where we are now. Anyway I am happy for you. Hope your move goes smooth and you love your new place I understand what you’re saying and where you’re coming from. Tbh though..it’s less of an attitude and more just how l prefer to live my life. You are correct. Few places in CA where Caucasian’s are the majority. This state is very much a melting pot. In a way..it’s a micro example of what this country represents. People from all walks of life and many different and diverse nationalities. For me though..it’s more about the content of one’s character than their race or nationality. There are both good and bad apples out there and it matters not what orchard they come from. Appreciate your well wishes on the move. I’ve a feeling we are going to need them.
