The simplest solution is Hydrocortisone Ointment. The 'ointment' is better than the gel or the solution or the cream.

I take a shower and then rub that stuff all around down there and walla! no more problems.

Womens' aisle - MONISTAT for yeast/fungus. Used to be presciption only. Works on all body parts with yeast/fungus.
