Traumatic I realized that my life is being stolen I am out of the trap now, finally. Many, many years. Yes, your life is being stolen. They control everything. Yes, it is traumatic. You probably have complex post traumatic stress disorder. I know all about it. I'm lucky to be alive. Get yourself to an abuse counselor. Make sure it's someone WELL versed in narc behavior. There are a lot of videos on youtube, many are not trained people. Start with Dr. Ramani and Prof. Sam Vaknin. Vaknin wrote the books and has been on this since the 90's. He's the best, and I've listened to many, many of these videos. May God bless you, friend. Learn "grey rock" method and use it. Remember, everything you say and do will get weaponized against you by your narc. I was in shock when I learned about what I was living with. |

But they ARE dangerous -criminal and cud possibly murder someone when they rage on the rage behavior part. Is the most dangerous time I am trying to escape They are also very sneaky and deceitful. They will also poison you to death through your food, while at the same time pretending to love you. This is what my narc sisters did to my parents, other family members, and tried to do to me. AND they got away with several murders, 100%. Even though I went to the police and did many others things to bring justice them, it won't happen. Police are assholes and won't care or do a thing, unless you're a billionaire or someone important. Nobody cares. My advice get away at any cost. If needed, take the law into your own hands, You won't get any help from the police, other law enforcement agencies, or the courts. narcs don't have the ability to know right from wrong |

They mostly "target" other cluster Bs - who, in turn, also target them. Narcs and Borderlines is the common dynamic, and the Borderline holds at least as much responsibility as the Narc. Look up Sam Vaknin on youtube for the truth about Cluster B personality disorders, and whatever you do, don't believe a word from those who claim to be perpetually targetted by narcissists. |
