He noted the statistical rates of missing animals such as house pets, and how the number always skyrocketed right before a big earthquake. He had multiple seismological researchers quote his studies in their writings. Living near the San Andreas fault, definitely going to get nervous if I see birds doing that. |

I am right outside Chiraq and we get a tremor now and then,like every few years.We have a few faults that connect to New Madrid but very deep.Might rattle the cabinets and you usually hear them more than feel them.Bought my wife some finches 10 years ago or so.Those little birds went ape shit twice, right before a tremor and an almost undetectable after shock.The birds know.
