The best revenge is to live well. That REALLY is true. Forget her and forge ahead, rebuild your life. Don't worry about her transgressions, karma is a real thing, and it will hit her hard, trust me. Someone did the same thing to me. I recovered, and her life is a dumpster fire for years now.

Why do you want revenge? You never married her, so there was no financial, official, or publicly acknowledged commitment to her on your part. Other than a child, she gained nothing in the way of a financially (or emotionally) secured future with you. A lot of women get into these relationships initially believing that it is fine not to get married, but once a child comes into the relationship, that mindset can change quickly. When you have a real partnership and start having a family, it becomes "We" and not "I." Be thankful that she stuck it out with you for ten years.

My husband left me out of the blue after 25 years of marriage.
