Almost everything you eat is produced with GMO products. Until you go ORGANIC, you will continue having problems with your prostate, as well as your entire intestinal tract. You need to eliminate GMOs, chemicals, processed food, and all fruits/vegetables treated with pesticides and herbicides. GO ORGANIC and your problems will resolve themselves. . |

That totally sucks. I got it at 54 and I feel young, and cheated. So you've had a prostatectomy and radiation. Are you on hormone therapy? I like to look at the HealthUnlocked.Com boards under Advanced Prostate Cancer. There is a lot of wisdom there. Good luck. |

A lot of national-brand multivitamins like Centrum contain the metals nickel and tin for no good reason. Nickel is a poison and very bad for the prostate because it collects there over time. Big pharma doesn't mind, of course. They can sell you their prostate drugs which have more side effects than benefits. |

His thread said something like " I killed prostate cancer in 10 days " I actually tried that for weeks before my biopsy before I knew for sure I had PC and it didn't get rid of it. Also for those suggesting I got it through being sexually active I have been tested for STDs and have none. |

"One study found that turmeric, when combined with cruciferous vegetables, may prevent prostate cancer and stop or slow the growth of existing prostate cancer." [link to www.healthdiaries.com (secure)] I buy my organic turmeric root from a health food store, and I freeze the roots. Then I shave off the root into my rice and vegetables, and also teas. Turmeric needs to be heated to activate it's cancer fighting properties, but not too much, such as in a frying pan which burns it. |

Its small balls of radiation placed in the prostate or near it. He was cured and went on with life. About ten years later it came back. He had a bad habit of eating junk food with a lot of sugar. Supposedly, sugar is the food of choice for cancer. He wouldn't stop eating the stuff. Now he is gone at 70 years old Go to a health food store that will actually tell you what is good to take. I have heard there is some component in broccoli that kills cancer cells. FIGHT LIKE HELL |
