South Korea's defense ministry on Wednesday said that the physical restoration of North Korea's rocket launch site on the west coast is apparently almost complete.

In a report to a ruling party lawmaker, the ministry said that it is unclear whether the Dongchang-ri test site is functionally back to normal as reported by media outlets last week.
"It is understood that the restoration of external facilities at the site has been almost completed, but their functional recovery has yet to be confirmed," the defense ministry was quoted as saying by Rep. Kim Byung-kee of the Democratic Party.

North Korea repaired the Punggye-ri site before an inspection team visited it to see its demolition (in May last year). We've guessed that the Dongchang-ri restoration this time had the same purpose," the ministry said

"If China continues to block this designation, responsible member-states may be forced to pursue other actions at the Security Council. It shouldn't have to come to that," a Security Council diplomat was quoted as saying by news agency PTI.

Reportedly #Pakistan has moved it's entire fleet of F-16s to the LoC and have been put on high alert.
If this is true I wonder how #India will respond.

Breaking: The Pakistani air force is reported to have moved its entire fleet of F-16 fighter bombers to bases close to the Indian border and placed them on the ready.

Why?

Are we talking high-explosive or nuclear here? The Shaheen-III supports both.

If the Indian nuke system works like their tech support they will have to call an American in to fix it!
