That is my arm now; broken for 7 months User ID: 75493090 United States 11/09/2019 08:46 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | guys. It's a cold for here Saturday night, 35 F at 8:35. The Mrs. is having dinner, I've just made a pot of coffee and likely will fix something for myself. I just finished re-reading the 'have you seen a ghost thread' Thread: Ever lived or live in a haunted house? it only made it to four pages and it was interesting to read that so many were afraid, while for LJS and myself it seemed a normal occurrence. I hope all have been well. I had some serious depression earlier but have shaken it. We're listening to my favorite radio program "The Extended Edition of the Other Side of Fishing" I record every week while sleeping from Beach 104 in the NC Outer Banks. Until your military service has required you neutralize enemy combatants and invaders in the defense of your country, don't presume to tell us that have defended you that you don't support every shot we fired to eliminate that enemy. |

That is actually what I do on the barrier Islands that are the NC Outer Banks when there, especially after a hurricane. The Mrs. and myself found an ornate lid to a sea chest and I was saddened thinking someone had made it here all the way from Europe only to die on the shoals or bar within sight of land. My favorite knife, which I use to slice cheese for crackers at my office, was found when I dug into the sand on the seaward side of a dune twenty years ago. The blade now shining as if new after cleaning, oiling, and sharpening. I can't promise how things will change, just know that they will. Keep smiling, wrap your own arms around yourself in a gentle comforting hug/cuddle, breathe deeply, nice and slowly releasing all that is troubling you, cry if you need to cry thou, its important to limit how much time you want to be sad for. If the weather and environment where you are is good, get outside, walk barefoot on the grass, ground that energy. Smudge yourself and where you live with Palo Santo or Sage to help clear your energy.
