Bold Prediction: Nancy Pelosi will never allow a senate trial of President Trump to happen.

At the risk of having the full GLP effect come down on me like a herd of monkeys trying to hump a doorknob, I submit to you that there is no way Pelosi will ever send the Senate the articles of impeachment.

Here's why:

1) Adam Schiff illegally got the telephone records of the president's lawyer, Rudy Guiliani, journalist John Solomen, and republican congressman Devin Nunes and included them in his impeachment report; opening a huge can of worms for Pelosi. If those articles go to the senate it will be Schiff's actions on trial and the president's lawyers will be allowed to cross-examine Schiff on the witness stand even if he is one of the house managers sent to present their case for impeachment. What Schiff did was almost just as bad as the FBI's electronic surveillance of the Trump campaign and Pelosi knows it was so bad that Schiff refused to show up before the Judiciary committee to submit his report.

Sending the articles of impeachment to the senate would ensure everything Schiff has done would become the CenterPoint of the Senate trial.

2) The Democrats' case is barely strong enough to put to paper because Schiff failed to use all the powers of the courts to compel the White House to provide the witnesses Schiff says he wanted to appear in his secret sex dungeon beneath the capital building. Schiff also screwed up by refusing to allow White House counsel to attend advise and defend any member of the Trump administration Schiff had on his shortlist to grill like a hotdog at an Ed Buck costume party.

Sending the articles of impeachment to the senate would ensure everything Schiff did not do would become another CenterPoint of the Senate trial.

3) The House impeaching Trump was a purely political act meant to pacify those liberals in Congress and in the Democrat party that were a curly little pubic hair away from revolt and the removal of the makeup-stained gavel from Pelosi's hands. Pelosi has bet the final years of her career in the hope that having articles of impeachment hanging over Trump's head during his re-election campaign will be a modern-day sword of Damocles that who gets the democrat nomination can point to as proof Trump should not be President again.

If Pelosi had any sense of how Trump looks at things she would know that he will turn her threat to send the articles of Impeachment to the senate into one more another reason to vote for him even if she does send those articles to the senate in next October.

4) The only people in America that haven't figured out that this is just a political stunt by Pelosi are the "Orange man bad" crowd screaming reeeeee into the paper bag of paint fumes they are huffing. Pelosi never meant for this to go anywhere but into her desk drawer as yet another insurance policy for the democrats in case Trump gets elected again is another record landslide win over the democrats.

Sending the articles of impeachment to the Senate would ensure that Republicans will retake the house in 2020 and holding on to them will ensure that a Republican speaker of the house can quietly round file them when Pelosi is forced to step down or retire.

Pelosi hoping that the Senate will flip Democrat shows that she might not be all there.

Here's why: Every Republican Senate Candidate is going to run on her refusal to send the Articles of Impeachment to the Senate and rightly claim that she is stalling for time so that she can get a Democrat majority in the senate.

Hell every Democrat senate candidate will claim they must be elected so that Pelosi can send the articles of impeachment to the Senate so that they can be elected to impeach Trump.

Meanwhile, Trump will browbeat the media for failing to expose all the crimes of the previous administration in Ukraine and Pelosi for refusing to send the articles of Impeachment forward to the Senate.

In the end, the Republicans will regain the House because Pelosi chose poorly, this is not a hill you want to die on.

The Dems have a good chance of keeping the House and flipping the Senate. Why? Because there are more R seats in the Senate open than D seats. And there are more Democratic voters than R voters. The trick is to get them motivated to go to the polls.

What better motivator than the possibility that all it will take is taking the Senate to get it done?

McConnell need to get this out of their hands and out of the voters mind in January.

This is he impeached or not is pointless. It's a technicality that won't matter a whit to most of the voters. They are bombarded daily that he was and that is what is going to be in their heads.

Democrats rely on a very small group of very vocal people to push people their way using a standard theme to push elections.

for example:

1) he's a racist
2) he's a bigot
3) he's bad for the country
4) he's a crook
5) he's a misogynist

The problem is that Trump's actions have shown he is anything but what they say he is and that this nation is 1000 times better because he is president than if Hillary had won.
