This is totally true. There should be requirements to be a police officer, or a solider in a combat role. A single standard of competency to do the job. If a woman can meet that standard and do the job, absolutely fine, do the job. But a second set of lowered standards for women, who cannot do the job, absolutely not fine. It is not discrimination. Anyone that can meet the standard, gets the job. It's time to get real.

A recent propaganda film, "End of Watch" about a couple of policemen covers this issue fairly well. Worth a watch. Their is a fight scene with a black antagonist who looks very much like this dude the police murdered.

Before judging on what we have seen, it warrants an investigation into what really killed the suspect....it can absolutely look like your knee is on someone’s neck when it’s on the shoulder or upper back....angles are tricky. Another thing is the suspect was still breathing and alive according to what I’ve read when the ambulance left, but called for help from the fire department when he went into cardiac arrest. We need to see all of the body cam footage along with dash cam and audio. We honestly don’t know if the man had a heart attack while being arrested (happened before)
Or some other complications involving medical emergency. We also need to know what the autopsy shows....the cop that had the knee on the suspect may not be the actual cause of his death.

But everyone is quick to judge, and not everything is the way it seems,
And you can bet they’ll want to suppress any medical issues that may have occurred because It might not play to the racist cop/black man murdered angle.

Reminds me of when that cop shot that guy who was crawling on his belly pleading for his life (in Arizona). Oh, but the public didn't tear up the town over that. Or the homeless guy who was shot in Albuquerque. Oh, but the public didn't burn down the town over that. The policeman should be held accountable and that's it.

Incompetent cops. This is why you shouldnt even slightly mess with cops, or people in general. People, white, black or chinese, and these cops are incompetent and can kill you by accident. George Floyd got taken out in a sad way, because of incompetence of others. At his age he should've learned people are dangerous and incompetent but he was naive and ignorant instead. Just like the cops involved deserve jail time because of their incompetence and didn't learn to do their jobs properly. Noone wins here and everyone loses. The incompetent sure found eachother on that day.

See, this is a tricky issue. We have this philosophical idea that all men are created equal. That may be in terms of the dignity they should be afforded, simply as a human being, a being made in God's image.

BUT

All people are not created equally in their physical abilities, mental abilities, spiritual abilities. It is a scientific fact that black people, whether black Americans, or black Africans, have lower IQ's. That's not just a number. That means that black people, the world over, are substantially less intelligent than other races/groups of people. We've known for many years that most black men carry the "warrior" gene, a gene that codes for fight rather than flight. A black man is substantially more likely to violently resist arrest than a man of any other race. This is SCIENCE. Like real science. Not science with an agenda, not science funded by dark forces. This is pure science. But this science has been ignored because it contradicts, at least facially, with our notion that all men are created equal. They are not. Black men are always going to be more violent, more likely to commit violent crime. Expecting them to act like white people is what is getting black arrestees killed. They cannot conform their behavior to white standards.

This is just a base fact. No racial animosity is harbored here, I'm saying this not to demean any person or group. We all have to accept the nature of what a black man is, that is white people, asian people, AND most especially black people. If was accept the truth, then we can actually generate solutions that will work. Trying to solve problems when you deny the nature of the problem will never work, your solution will always fail because it is not based in truth. It is time to come to the truth, to have a national dialog about our collective problem, so that we can begin to have rational, reasonable solutions to the problem.

And my sympathies go out to the black people who are at the high end of their race's intelligence bell curve, it must truly suck being seen and treated as a violent individual during every moment of your day when you are interacting with white and asian people. It would drive me insane, it would make me violent, I am sure.

Sorry, my family came here way later in the game, though my wife is half native, making my child quarter native. And "native" meaning their family lines came here earlier, 13,000 years earlier. What may be surprising to you is that there is archeological evidence of civilization in the Americas going back 100,000 years, and what we call "natives" today are not the people who were involved in that civilization.
