I ate the following for 3 months: Every type of meat: Chicken Beef Fish Shellfish Every type of Veggie: Califlower Broccoli Carrots etc Everytype of Cheese and nuts. For fruit, only avocado and coconut. For desert, 85%+ dark chocolat with peanut butter. My grocery bill dropped by half. No sugar drinks, no pasta, no expensive fruit, no shit snacks PROs: I could fall asleep within 10 minutes I could read 2 chapters of a books in a row without looking at my phone I can retain bible info and memorize verses I didn't fiddle with stuff and move around as much I could think 4 or 5 sentences a head in full before I spoke CONS: It made me very thirsty I couldnt go as hard in gym (lack of sugars and carbs) My piss stunk and was frothy Cholesteral went up |
