"Keto" "Diet"
This is how we were meant to live.
Then a prez died who chain smoked from a heart attack then instead of blamin the chain smoking they said it was da butter n fat.

Sugar and Carbs create a loop of addiction? Short term dopamine?

I am on the "fad" currently and no brain fog... and more.

Maybe this is good since hard times are coming and many will suffer from finding that fix. Carbs n sugar.

Also b1d3n new vice prez wants to bane red meat and create a healthier guide...

IDK... I don't know much but this is my understanding.

May God bless us all!.

Re: "Keto" "Diet"
Any diet that almost, or entirely, eliminates a macronutrient or food group is not one you should probably use long-term. Instead, choose better food options. You don’t have to eat bread or sugary foods, but things oatmeal and potatoes are alternatives.

That said, there’s nothing wrong with bread. Exercise, eat whole foods and find ways to manage stress. No reason to do any of these dramatic and limiting diets that aren’t optimal.

Carbs are only useful for people with levels of physical activity that are no longer seen in our society. If you are an axe wielder timber cutter then by all means have a carb rich diet. Most people In our modern society can’t use the carbs They intake and they are stored as fat. If you are sedentary, getting very low carbs and high fat works wonders to loose weight and cure type 2 diabetes. That simple.

There is absolutely no truth to this. Carbs are the macronutrient that is the most readily available to be used as energy. Any type of physical activity is performed better with some carbs ingested beforehand. As far as fat goes, your body’s bodyfat percentage is entirely dependent on how many calories you eat and the amount of muscle you maintain. You will not store more fat because you eat a lot of carbs. Your information is outdated.

Re: "Keto" "Diet"
I did KETO from Nov 15 2019 to Jan 15 2020 with only ONE cheat day (Christmas day).

I ate the following for 3 months:
Every type of meat:
Chicken
Beef
Fish
Shellfish

Every type of Veggie:
Califlower
Broccoli
Carrots
etc

Everytype of Cheese and nuts.

For fruit, only avocado and coconut.

For desert, 85%+ dark chocolat with peanut butter.

My grocery bill dropped by half. No sugar drinks, no pasta, no expensive fruit, no shit snacks

PROs:
I could fall asleep within 10 minutes
I could read 2 chapters of a books in a row without looking at my phone
I can retain bible info and memorize verses
I didn't fiddle with stuff and move around as much
I could think 4 or 5 sentences a head in full before I spoke

CONS:
It made me very thirsty
I couldnt go as hard in gym (lack of sugars and carbs)
My piss stunk and was frothy
Cholesteral went up
