Psalms meditation, Processing/"living out" God's transforming power "warts n all" and praying on Thursday 11/3/22 @ 2:00pm

i got the DVD of "The Skulls". Just watched it. it got me to thinkin' of our frailties, our kinds of thinkin', and and how beyond polar opposite is our thinkin' and reasoning from God's, as it is written.

We are taken in and bow down to man's thinking, reasoning, and values. It is our Achilles Heel. God's thinking, reasoning, and values are the polar opposite.

For instance what we "salivate" for, is what is highlighted in this movie. We covet the "good life". We reject simplicity, contentedness, humbleness, and "ordinariness" or a lack of greed and drive driven by covetedness.

We fall for sparkles and lights and drama and the competitive race to be "the one", and the admiration and "worship" of the masses.

It is the formula for our own demise. And, like a moth drawn to a flame, we are blindly oblivious to it.

This movie is loosely based on the reality of secret societies. It's sometimes referred to as a "documentary" by some who have seen this movie.

It's worth a watch and a discussion.

It's also one of the reasons i pray.

Why i pray.

Evil abounds.....it is said that, during Paul Walker's charity work with Haiti, that he discovered the corruption and child trafficking of Haiti's children by the Clinton Foundation, and he was going to come forth with it, but he died before he could testify, tragically in a strange, exploding collision, after the driver was driving 160 mph. It is also said that he didn't die right away from the crash, but died from the inferno of the flames.

Do you want to be blessed?

Here in Psalm 41:1-3 is God's own promise of blessings4 and help in dire times of sickness and trouble and protection from our enemies.

THIS is the kind of "insurance" we need, amen?

"Blessed is he who has regard for the weak; hthe LORD delivers. him in times of trouble. The LRD will protect him and preserve ; Hd will bless him in the land and not surrender him to the desire of his foes. The LORD will sustain him on his sickbed and restore him from his bed of illness." -Psalm 41:1-3

Has God ever healed you?

Have you thanked Him for it, or those times He has rescued you from enemies and/or trouble?

Have you thanked God for waking you this morning?

Seriously, have you?

Is He worthy of our thanksgiving, our praise and our worship?

it's Hug your Caturday today.

My cat "tolerates" hugs, and she even tolerates it when i anoint her with oil to pray over her....i KNOW she hates it hahaaa

i'm always amazed that she freezes in her tracks and allows me to.

She must sense that i'm praying to her Creator and mine.

I always hug her and pray and say grace each time before she eats.

She tolerates that well too (sometimes better than others hahaa)

So on behalf of my cat, i give thanks to our Creator on this Hug Your Caturday, today.

i just ordered a box quote that aptly describes/defines me, and that is "I have no idea what I'm doing".

it's true.

i never did. LOL!

i already had one of these, but i gave it to a beloved family member, who laughed when they saw it, because work is so crazy and overwhelming, and in all honestly, no one knows what they're doing there.

The bottom line is...

who does?

(another reason i pray....i NEED to.)

Why i pray.

Did anyone know that the 68th Bilderberg Meeting is taking place in Washington DC, right now, as we speak?

It's there 6/2/22 - 6/5/22.

Do you know who the Bilderberg Group is?

Did you know that they were meeting in DC right now?

Do you know their history?

Praying.

i'm watching the Story/Historychannel, and it's currently about Jacob in the Old Testament.

It continues to amaze me how twisted some teaching and preaching about Jacob is, and how they don't "get" why it is written that God loved Jacob.

There's a REASON for that.

What is that reason, you ask?

It's because JACOB LOVED God.

He had a HEART for God.

Lest we forget, it was Esau who sold his birthright to Jacob for a bowl of stew. He had no regard for God, let alone any love for God, or his parents, or the treasured birthright.

Today prayer time will be @10:00am. i will not be here at 2:00pm.

There are days.....

when i'm just worn, exhausted, and overwhelmed.

We ALL have those days, those moments.

Even Elijah did.

Praying for our beloved nation today, and all of the American people.

Remembering and honoring those many brave and courageous souls who valiantly fought and gave their lives on that day that wrenched the world from tyrants. And honoring and celebrating those who survived, and celebrated the hard-fought and costly victory that reverberated around the entire world.

That day was June 6, 1944.

D Day.

Remembering and honoring those men and women of valor.
