It shows the female officer assault her superior officer from behind while he was engaged with a violent perp.

Then he extends his arm and pushes her away on her collar bone.

Once he creates a safe distance, he turns and walks away from her.

He is to be commended for keeping calm under such duress.

You could notice the bitch backing away from the action in the beginning out of cowardice (should never have been out there in the first place), and when she does come in to engage, it's to pull the officer back from doing his job. She had every bit of that coming.
