I'm forced out of my home By Dog barking leave tommarow

Ive gone many months with no sleep.
It can make you feel odd,thats certain.

And i dont even do drugs.


Having a lot on your mind can keep you awake.

I live in a small community, mostly retired boomers. A lady down the street would tie her chihuahua on her back patio. It would bark non stop for hours on end. Mostly through the night. She live far enough down the street that we barely hear it unless we are outside, but it must have been hell for her neighbors.

Cops have been out numerous times. Animal control as well. It didn't stop. After all options had apparently been exhausted, someone threw a ball of sticky rice over her fence, and the little bugger choked to death on it. They never figured out who did it. The police went door to door, and no one seemed to know anything. I'm not part of the morning golf cart coffee club, so I just got bits and pieces.

Felt bad for the thing. It was totally the owners fault. Sad it had to end that way.

Fuck god. If you come on my property and scratch my dog, yer whole family is bye bye, get it?

He wouldn't have to go ON your property to scratch it moran. Could easily put it out of it's misery from a couple hundred yards away.

I have pets as well.

Quiet ones,but still.



Even if my neighbors dogs bark all day and all night i would not only not hurt them,but if i caught anyone trying to hurt them id be on thier ass.

There are not many things in this world as priceless,as a good neighbor.

Open line of communication is always the best effort.

Ask to give the dog a bone or something to chew on...at the very least. I have two dogs, yet they ONLY bark when strangers come up the driveway. I personally couldn't stand it, if my own dogs barked non-stop.

My policy is to meet any pets that are next door then you can greet them (which is what they want - attention) then when you leave scold them for barking and they usually learn quickly especially if you back it up with treats. Don't bark and I'll toss you a treat- deal?

Don't let this situation master you. All dogs deserve love and attention since humans made them dependent. It's the greatest feeling to resolve a situation you feel is out of control. I had a barking dog problem too until I got so fed up I went over with a bat. What I found was a puppy so wrapped in chain it was glued to a cement block and couldn't move. no food, no water, couldn't reach it anyway. AND it was like 10 degrees out and this was a pitbull puppy with short hair. I freed the dog and took it to the shelter. It broke my heart and made me think hard about getting mad without knowing the circumstances.

My dog is very friendly except he barks when people stop at the gate. He is our watchdog. He barks at me when I come home. He doesn't do annoyance barking. If he was ever hurt I would track them down and ........

I'm glad you keep your dog under control. That is why I care about most with them. I still find those that let their animals bark incessantly despicable, but I don't blame the dog, I totally blame the owners.

For those that like to let their dogs roam...sure YOUR dog may be the more gentile pet ever, but others with vicious dogs see others letting their good natured dogs run at large and guess what, these idiot dog owners want to do the same thing, and end up causing injury and death to people.

You are not wrong. The neighbors recently dug a pond the size of the house I grew up in. I can see it over my cinderblock wall Lol Cheap land can mean bigger houses too. The home I live in (definitely not mine) is worth $190,000. Lots of new $250,000+ homes going up now too. Toyota is being good to our area right now in a way. Too bad it will ruin the area.

Now the roosters crowing out here at 2 a.m. are a whole other story.

Oh man, my dog loves everyone but he only barks when people stop at the gate, mailman, me, ups, garbage man, etc. I am friends with the mailman and he reaches over and pets him (wagging his tail) he's a very good boy! Ya I can see someone with a mean dog that barks at everything (been there) it does pissme off. But I would never harm them just the owner.

Yes. Most dogs bark for a reason. Sometimes it's just them being hungry or thirsty.

Fair enough but my dog is my child and I will protect him as such. I love animals.... humans not so much..

That got loose.

Thats including dogs,cats,horses,cattle and goats lol.
