In the fell clutch of circumstance I have not winced nor cried aloud. Under the bludgeonings of chance My head is bloody, but unbowed. Beyond this place of wrath and tears Looms but the Horror of the shade, And yet the menace of the years Finds and shall find me unafraid. It matters not how strait the gate, How charged with punishments the scroll, I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul." |

The cave was important because the water smelled of sweet sweet flowers... anways when I stumbled upon it it was a finished chamber, with beautiful, almost seamless stone work, like others. In the far corner was the basin shaped well, very shallow, perhaps only a foot or more deep, and around it the ground was bare, with room for two to lay next to the well, and directly behind that carved in a dark black stone was the statue of a woman, she wears a crown of light and flowers cover her body..around her too the ground is bare and earthen.. When you sit and look in the well, the stars slowly show themselves..how that is so, I do not know...it felt like a clock, just me the water running slowly, and the echoes of time, in a pool of dark water /end dream interesting memory a reminder for myself I remember. |
