Was in Columbia today, pretty much looked like business as usual. Hy-Vee on Broadway seemed fully stocked. Didn't hit a Walmart. Lucky's was still Lucky's. Going to farmer's market Saturday and will be listening to the locals.

Don't miss the 'Cheddar's scratch kitchen' restaurant. The food is awesome at that place.

MORE: It’s still unclear where the “presumptive positive” case of COVID-19 (#coronavirus) originated in Missouri, although with the Governor’s news conference taking place in St. Louis County, you can likely infer the location. We’ll learn more at 7:15.

I actually thought the first case(s) in Missouri would come out of Columbia. Just a gut feeling that hasn't happened yet.

1st case in Kansas and Missouri announced today.

Both are women. Kansas is a woman in Johnson County, Greater KC, student from Italy. Missouri is a woman under age 50, in St. Louis.

Farmer's Market seemed pretty sparse this morning, but I was out of there before 10, so might have picked up. Fewer vendors than during the middle of winter but everyone seemed cheery and friendly (as usual).
