#1 - Obama can blame his stupid staff for people not believing his birth certificate. They issued it in PDF Layers.

When you scan something, usually, the output is set to something specific, like .jpeg or .pdf

Once scanned, it comes out in that format.

For whatever reason, they scanned it into Photoshop.

Which wouldn't put it in layers. Only altering it would put it in layers and there was a layer added with a name on it.

I read they were NOT United States citizens when she was born. The article I read referred to her as an "anchor baby."

Wrong. The language 'Natural Born' was used because it was defined in Law of Nations by Emmerich de Vattel.

Law of Nations was one of the major influencesd in draft the US COnstitution. George Washington borrowed the book from a library and it wasn't returned until oer 200 years later.

Even Hillary was noted the influence Law of Nations had on the drafting of the US Constitution.

I think there is a question over Chester Arthur's mother being a US Citizen at the time of his birth.

They were not citizens. They were international students at universities. Mother came from India. Father came from Jamaica.
