0 Days Since Last Covid Infection User ID: 68424970 ![]() 06/17/2022 09:03 PM ![]() Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I saw a rumor and thought i'd bring it back to y'all. let me clear up a few points with it so u don't get scared. Quoting: JAZZz50 word is CHINA will attack US by NOV elections using "clean nukes". "clean nukes" are supposedly a nuke that won't poison with radiation but will blast and cause a shockwave thereby destroying and killing. isn't that a bomb? not a nuclear warhead? umm WW2 style pre-A bomb. if it is a "clean nuke" then i'd expect that to b a freaking EMP even if it could blow with no radiation. the concept has flaws. 1st a few bombs won't destroy the whole country. yes they could take down the metros. but not the hills and mountain regions. not with a shockwave effect, the shock would dissipate as it tried going round the APP's and Rockies. 2nd, why do all that damage to the infrastructure? takes ppl and $$ and time to fix it all. we all should know by now that would take YEARS. 3rd why bomb yourself or your bank?? either way u call it, we are owned by CHINA. CHINA could shut off the supply chain. no meds ,no packaging, and no goods. we'd b screwed. they could collapse the economy at a push of a button and make our dollars worth less than they are now. 4th a "clean nuke", IMO, would more aptly b an EMP. but see point 2 above. take years to repair. course u do have a year to move the transformers across the ocean while the ppl kill themselves off. 5> with no infrastructure there is no food moving back to the ports for CHINA. they gain nothing. they could suitcase nuke DC and accomplish more. don't b fooled. if someone were to think up such a plan, TPTB would have them suicided quickly. they have plans and do not want the land nuked with or without radiation. there are easier ways to kill ppl without damaging the structures. virus ring a bell? just turn the grid off, no need for EMP. no damage is done. spray the ppl with a bacteria or chem agent via planes. wake me up when anyone sees AOC painting the train engine green with a rainbow on it. "Clean nukes" are simply very efficient nuclear weapons that will be airburst over a target leaving almost no residual radiation and creating very little radioactive fallout. Most 21st century nuclear weapons are designed this way, which is why the 1970s "nuclear winter" theory is pretty much dead at this point. The types of weapons that would have caused a nuclear winter don't exist anymore. As for attacking the United States, they don't need to use a lot of bombs or cause a lot of damage to "destroy" the country. Picture this scenario: A single 5 megaton Chinese nuclear warhead is airburst 4,000 feet over Manhattan, destroying most of NYC and killing approximately 4 million people in an instant. A few million more will die over the next several weeks. Beijing signals Washington DC that NYC was the only target and they will not be launching any further missiles. but any attempt at retaliation will result in full nuclear commitment from both the Chinese and the Russians against only the United States. European NATO countries would not be targeted unless they launched nukes of their own, which I'm betting they wouldn't. The American President is now caught in a catch-22. If he retaliates, the rest of the United States will be completely destroyed. If he doesn't, the United States no longer exists as a military superpower because we will be seen as a toothless tiger, and it no longer exists as an economic superpower due to the immediate crash of the US economy the destruction of NYC would cause. The crash would be global in the short term, but the rest of the world would recover as soon as it became clear that a global nuclear exchange was not going to take place. The United States economy would not recover for years, perhaps decades. Personally, I don't see this scenario from the Chinese. There's too much random chance factored into such a gamble, and that is not part of the Chinese mindset. Russia? Yeah, possibly. But it would be one hell of a risk. And I’m pretty sure aligns with what DR has been saying in his thread. The numbers of dead referenced for Ukraine are numbers I’ve seen cited based on official counts. ~30k/month. The man in the video is quoting Russian KIA estimates for Ukrainian soldiers. US estimates are 100 KIA daily, with 100 - 300 WIA. No estimate on captured. Also, the Ukrainian KIA rate was lower and the Russian KIA rate higher when the war first started, but Ukraine's rate has grown rapidly over the past few weeks. So it's a mistake to use the calculation of 500 or 1,000 per day since the beginning of the war. Kyiv's official statement of total KIA since the war began is 10,000. So the average would be approximately 100 KIA per day since February 24th. Allowing for propaganda on both sides, with the Russians highballing KIA rates and US/Ukraine lowballing KIA rates, I would say that a figure of approximately 50% of the stats quoted in the video is probably more accurate. As for his claim that Lithuania has cut off rail access between Russia and Kaliningrad, that is a huge exaggeration. Lithuania has stated that it will ban the transit of materials covered by EU sanctions against Russia, which is not a blanket ban as implied by the man in the video. Now, this is still a situation that Russia is not going to like, since the ban covers coal and construction material. But it's not as bad as he makes it out to be. Roughly about half the goods transported between Russia and Kaliningrad are still allowed transit. The man in the video quite obviously hates the Biden administration with a passion, so while it may or may not be true that he is receiving no monetary compensation from his YouTube channel, he still has a clear political agenda which must be taken into account when analyzing his statements. I'd rate the accuracy of his statements as questionable and his bias as moderate-right. I could post further analysis of his statements, but I think I've made my point. I've been on a bit every day to try to keep up with everything, just haven't had time to post. I haven't had any news to tell either. I've been spending my time scouring the internet trying to find a place to move, but they just HAD to go and raise the interest rates. Dropped our options to hell. The realtor is checking out mortgages and all that stuff for us and he's supposed to get back with us soon. If we don't hear from him by Monday, we'll be calling him on Tuesday. The most fun thing is our oldest grand got her first cellphone and we've been getting the funniest calls and texts in ages! Crummy thing is my new meds are messing me up a little, but I'm getting used to them. We're loving the coolness today and tomorrow, but sorry Jazz. It's going to get hot again on Tuesday for awhile. |

BC, it's not just Lithuania. If things go south with any NATO country and Russia, hostilities will likely end up including CONUS. Personally, I think it's a matter of "when," not "if," but I don't think it's as imminent as the guy in that video implies. I appreciate the fact that he's on the ground in Ukraine; Raffette has a friend with family members in Ukraine I sometimes obtain information from (hint: it's much worse on the ground for civilians than anyone in the media is portraying). But anytime a source starts using phrases like "the _________ administration wants war with _____________," they lose credibility because their observations are tainted through the lenses of their own political bias. The larger the bias, the more tainted their observations, the less credibility they have. What sucks is that people like him probably do have some more accurate observations and information than MSM, and he might even be correct on some of the things he's saying. But his credibility is shot because he made it politically partisan. Is he hostile to the Biden administration in his other videos? That will tell you a lot right there. Curious how it's looking for this heat wave hitting the US. Quoting: Brady Bunch Not looking good. A lot of they guys at my plants are REALLY worried about spare parts. Even shit like hydraulic fluid... one of my clients couldn't get their normal kind of fluid, so they had to shut their plant down to flush out the old stuff and put the new stuff in. They bought a 5 year supply of the new stuff, at 10 times the cost. What happens when everyone else buys a 5 year supply? The toilet paper crisis of 2020 is happening right now with industrial supplies and parts. A lot of plants have also been sold to investment groups and are now being run by operating companies, who quickly fire all but a skeleton crew. Many of my clients that are peaking units are down to a single operator onsite, alone. He's usually running a couple other plants remotely. These peaking units are the ones that only run during heat waves to make up for the extra demand... if they don't start, the grid goes down. Definitely the worst shape things have been in during my career. Last Edited by R. Wordsworth on 06/20/2022 03:10 PM |
