If the fed goes on negative rates, that means that the fed will GIVE banks ADDITIONAL money to borrow cash (because that's how banks receive cash from the FED).

If the banks are incentivized to borrow more cash from the fed, they'll start giving out loans to every Tom, Dick and Harry even those who cannot afford it.

Here's the kicker though. Since the Fed creates the money, where does the cash come from that they are paying the banks to borrow more? It's printed. When cash is printed, inflation. When cash is printed en masse, you have hyperinflation.

In fact, there is a high probability the fed will be no more in Trumps next term.

That's not how it works. The "FED" is the "Federal Reserve 'Bank'". Not a true bank in the traditional sense. They actually print all the money. In order to be a bank or credit union you still essentially bow to the FED. If you want cash your $$$ trail will always lead back to the FED.

The only way to get rid of the fed is to abolish the fed and institute an entirely different currency.
