It really does not matter anymore. BlackScoutSurvival reminded with his video that it does not matter anymore. Mostly because cops nowadays are just plain improperly trained... like I said. It would be in everyone's best interest for my idea to very sadly be implemented nationwide as we attempt to fix our country. However, seeing as this is indeed the Apocalypse there really is no easy fix for pretty much any of America's problems. This improperly trained cop issue is one of the most critical problems America currently has.

So either we force all cops to go on with their jobs without their body armor and guns, or we Americans finally roll over and admit that we have no real intentions to safeguard our Constitution and Bill of Rights. From there we Americans freely give up all of our guns and ammo to our cops and Government. Both choices being two different extremes on possible answers to helping to solve at least one of our nation's greatest woes so far.

Some have been killed because they all actively refused to obey their barked Orders by the cop(s) involved at those times. NO, they didn't. They claimed to be police. ANYONE can do that. Identifying yourself involves showing a badge and your with a number on it AND YOUR FACE, and giving the citizen time to confirm you are there on a call and are who you claim to be.

Police were called there by a 911 dispatch. Their right to be there has been well established. The victims right to brandish deadly force in the presence of law enforcement officials responding to a call has not.
