I have Verizon and it still rings in the phone I am dialing with but my cell phone Quoting: KimmieAnnaJones does not. Just sayin.... Yes, mine too. These poor people are getting in a tizz over nothing. It's so sad. Someone from the phone companies should explain how it works. The default response from the switching gear is to give a ring tone to the caller even though the called phone is unavailable. I've been looking this up, and it seems the default response varies... but, yes, in at least some cases, it does give the caller a ring tone. See here, for instance: [link to forums.att.com] I was getting really interested in this, but there isn't a story here after all. |

There is a host of issues the authorities are NOT disclosing to the public! Life's a Beach, then you Dive! |

Quoting: Reader. Stolen Plane! [link to www.jewsnews.co.il] Such a case would only mean that the plane crashed on land and not water. Yes, but there was no land near by. So what could this mean? Well there only looking where the plane was last seen on the radar its possible it could of crashed anywhere of disintegrated in the atmosphere and debris spread all over the place maybe where humans don't even live just a point. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 36940500 Canada 03/10/2014 06:54 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It wouldnt have disappeared off radar if it was forced to land it did disappear off radar I know it did. thats why im saying to the posters I quoted that their theories are incorrect. if it was forced to land & still intact then they would have traced it & seen where it went on radar. im saying it disappeared off radar so them theories about it being forced to land dont seem likely. if a foreign power forced it to land somewhere then they must have used some cloaking device to get it off radar. |

[link to www.jewsnews.co.il] vessel Here is a very interesting short film about what some people think has happened to the Malaysian plane.. this film was done years ago [link to youtu.be] political correctness is a doctrine.... fostered by a delusional, illogical minority...... and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media; which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end. |

Those passengers are still alive. Watch them declare it a miracle when they bring their antiChrist on tv. Things are escalating so fast its ridiculous. |
I'm Maja User ID: 26678455 Slovenia 03/10/2014 07:08 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | in addition i have to say i find it very weird that both stoles passports were stolen around 2012, but both real owners of the passports are still living in Malaysia atm and both rang the airlines and their parents that they are fine ??? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 55420600 so i dont believe they are in malaysia for 2 years waiting a new passport to come home, as it looks like 2 new identities are here No, no, no, the Italian surely was in Italy and then obviously came back. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 55423337 Greece 03/10/2014 07:09 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Wow... Some are even showing up as being online and on instant messenger...which means the flight had some onflight wifi capability.. These families have every right to ask that these avenues be throrouly explored... One of the most eerie rumors came after a few relatives said they were able to call the cellphones of their loved ones or find them on a Chinese instant messenger service called QQ that indicated that their phones were still somehow online. A migrant worker in the room said that several other workers from his company were on the plane, including his brother-in-law. Among them, the QQ accounts of three still showed that they were online, he said Sunday afternoon. [link to www.washingtonpost.com] |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 12762865 Australia 03/10/2014 07:13 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It wouldnt have disappeared off radar if it was forced to land if they disabled the communications modules in the plane it would.. that's how they track these planes you know.. that person must have an exstensive knowledge of on-board electrics systems on the plane though.. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 55423337 Greece 03/10/2014 07:16 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The phantom calls triggered a new level of desperation and anger for some. They tried repeatedly Sunday and Monday to ask airline and police officials about the ringing calls and QQ accounts. However unlikely it was, many thought the phones might still be on, and that if authorities just tracked them down, their relatives might be found. But they were largely ignored. According to Singapore’s Strait Times, a Malaysia Airlines official, Hugh Dunleavy, told families that the company had tried calling mobile phones of crew members as well and that they had also rang. The company turned over those phone numbers to Chinese authorities. [link to www.washingtonpost.com] |
