The figures I saw during a projection freaked me out in the moment, and my subconscious doesn’t let me go back in from the fear. Is it necessary to train on this?

The Opposite is True. They crafted your DNA and form...and have supported you quitly from the very start you were born.
They are not "God". But they know far more about Spirituality than you could imagine.
