Not really. Et's have more genetic material than fills dozens of earth and their "stations?" "cities?" "artificial planet type duplicates?" don't really know their own terms for their bases and what they put hybrids on, but they're more enhanced than ours. There is zero need to reset the population of the planet to change anything or heal the eco system, at all! Thats not a need, both sides can fix it, its more "politics" amongst the ETs.

And the advanced don't need to reset earth physically, to reshape earth. They can give earth missing time, not just individuals, move it forward or backward in time, reset the creatures, redo nature, without anyone even being the wiser, only a few might remember something different.

You really don't understand how minutely this is managed and can be managed.

They also let outcomes occur but there is intervention continually done behind the scenes.




The problem on the lower levels is there are 2 sides vying for the most control, one likes to run scarsity systems that turn out mostly trapped dark side souls, alot of applied karma, and the other side helps and upgrades and wants people to learn through experiencing love.

The dark side likes reset buttons instead of progressing and upgrading which is what has been worked on for ages here with clean technology. So will the dark side get their way, we'll see. I don't believe it! In fact seem to have these memories that meetings were done all over the solar system and on earth and warnings given and they were told to cease and desist and that they needed to work on themselves and there was lots of help to do it.

Guess who is winning so far, the dark side is calling alot of shots here, then there are some renegade factions, and then there is Higher Ups.

All I know is some of us are waiting and outcomes are not fixed, people can change them.
