If it took billions of years to establish a fragile System, then no matter the Intelligence of the Hostile Species, then that Species will simply be gone, or shipped to other planets for hybrid-seeding.

The Earth is a Massive Garden that took billions of years to construct...and Parasites will not be allowed to destroy the Garden.
