What do I know but I would think interior smallest room, and layers including anything from a shower curtain to tin foil but wrap up OP!

If you have a gas stove get all your biggest pots out and boil water. The steam can keep your house warm. Candles can help a little too in small rooms. Just be careful not to start a fire lolz. Move around a little more don’t sit still if your cold. Good luck!

Sheets of newspaper inside your clothes are excellent for keeping you warm. Cover your thorax, from back to front, and around, it will completely isolate you.

Why would the car battery work? You need that to be able to start a car/truck and many times when it gets cold even DIE HARDS won't work.
